At present, the branched chain amino acid products sold for sports nutrition population are mainly powder, packaged solid drinks, capsules and tablets.However, the market application survey found that the existing BCAA powder products have the following defects.
Product defects of ordinary BCAA:
1.Bad smell and taste, poor liquidity, small product density.2.Direct use of dry powder preparation poor taste, swallowing inconvenience, easy to have dust splash when using.
3.Existing powder dispersibility in water is poor, dissolution speed is slow, solubility is low, add water to take a large number of floating dry powder, inconvenient to use.
4.Studies have shown that general powder products are prone to overdose, while overdose of BCAA will stimulate the stomach, produce competitive inhibition of the absorption of other amino acids, increase the ammonia burden of the body to a certain extent, and cause dermatitis, diarrhea and other problems.
5.In the field of solid drink production, ordinary BCAA powder is used to prepare products, which need to add a lot of sweeteners, sour agents, flavors and fragrances to mask the unpleasant smell and taste of branched chain amino acids, resulting in low effective ingredients (20-50%), poor product effect, and frequent use brings burden to consumers.
6.Capsules and tablets can improve the problem of poor oral taste and dust sputtering. However, due to the uneven particle size of ordinary BCAA products, more fine powders, poor fluidity and easy generation of static electricity, capsule filling and tablet pressing are of low efficiency, so more capsules or tablets are needed to meet the needs of sports consumption, which brings burden to consumers.
7.Ordinary solid drinks, capsules and tablets have no slow-release effect, which is prone to overdose and is not conducive to slow absorption during exercise.
