Olive oil powder is a kind of white to off-white spray-drying free-flowing powder. Olive oil powder is exactly what it sounds like: a powdered form of olive oil made of olive oil and carriers like starches, maltodextrin through a high-tech microencapsulated technology. It can be used to achieve the desired medium chain triglyceride content. It's soluble in cold water, can be used in dry mixes, solid beverage, bakery foods, sauces, medical foods, etc.

Package and Delivery
The olive oil powder is packaged in 10kg net seal-heated aluminum foil bags, with two bags in one paper carton (Food grade) or as customer's requirement.
Shelf life could be 24 months at room temperature in the unopened original container under dry conditions, protected from heat, light, moisture and oxygen, and in tightly closed containers.
