Which is better, krill oil or fish oil?



Scientists identified a more powerful omega-3 fatty acid, krill oil. Krill oil is healthier, safer and more bioavailability than fish oil.


Krill is a small crustacean living in the oceans, especially in the lower water temperature and the relatively pure Antarctic region.Tiny krill is the favorite food of many Marine life, such as the great white whale.Some larger predatory fish can also be used as fish oil resources, but they are not safe because they always like to play in the industrial polluted waters.


Krill oil is more valuable than other fish oil because of its higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and stronger antioxidant properties.But why?The answer is simple: phospholipids.Because the bioavailability of phospholipids is very high, that is to say, most of the phospholipids can be absorbed by human tissues.



After testing the oxygen free radical absorption capacity, the researchers found that the oxidation resistance of krill oil was 300 times than vitamin A and vitamin E, 48 times than fish oil.


The omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in krill oil are in balance, which can ease infection. The more balanced the two components, the better the anti-infection effect.



Since the body cannot produce omega 3 fatty acids, it must be ingested from food, but there are few foods that contain a lot of omega-3.So it is crucial to choose one that is right for you, and the most cost-effective one is krill oil.
