The study was carried out by the mannheim center for public health in Germany,the agency examined vitamin E intake and vitamin E concentrations in the blood between 2000 and 2012 through published literature.Researchers put 15 mg/day dose as the recommended intake of vitamin E (RDA), the dose of 12 mg/day as the forecast average intake (ERA), including the world all people over the age of 14.The researchers found that 82% of the world's vitamin E intake was below RDA and ERA.
In addition, the researchers found that 13% of the world's population serum vitamin E concentration of less than 12 micro mol/l, this value is lower than people prone to immunodeficiency disease, and this group most common in the newborn babies and children.
